Set back and sheltered from view and from the sun, with water maintained at 28\u00b0C, the indoor swimming pool exudes an intimate atmosphere, respectful of Proven\u00e7al identity and inspired by the traditional basins and lavoirs (communal wash-houses) of Provence. Exclusively accessible to guests staying at the InterContinental Marseille \u2013 H\u00f4tel-Dieu<\/a>, it forms part of the SPA by Clarins & myBlend<\/a>, the hotel\u2019s 5-star wellness space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inspiration for the space comes from the Palais Longchamp, built to celebrate the arrival of water in Marseille in the 19th century. The main wall becomes a water wall \u2014 a spectacle in perpetual motion \u2014 feeding the pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
