Audrey Hepburn exhibition

InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu is delighted to present its new exhibition “Audrey Hepburn” by author Christopher

Free exhibition open to the public, on view in the hotel lobby until June 30, 2024.

Following on from the exceptional graphic novel “Audrey Hepburn” (éditions Michel Lafon), Christopher presents a series of paintings on the link between the Hollywood icon and the South of France. From filming scenes in Saint-Tropez, to presentations in Cannes, to moments of rest in Cap d’Antibes, Audrey Hepburn loved the gentle pace of life in the South of France… The InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu offers a magnificent setting for Christopher’s drawings, celebrating Audrey Hepburn as a symbol of elegance, intelligence and beauty at heart.

Christopher is a Franco-English author who has lived in Provence since his earliest childhood. After a thirty-year career and some fifty comic strips published by leading publishers (Dupuis, Lombard, Delcourt, Hachette…), his latest graphic novel “Audrey Hepburn”, based on a script by Eileen Hofer, reveals the intimate life of this film star and fashion icon from the 1950s onwards.

“This is without doubt one of the most touching tributes produced about Mom.” Luca Dotti, Audrey Hepburn’s son.

9 paintings in pigment inks await you in the lobby until June 30!
