Enjoy also our four heated bubbles, located in the heart of the terrace, with a breathtaking panoramic view on the listed facade of the hotel and the majestic Notre-Dame de la Garde.
Decorated with care in collaboration with our champagne partner Barons de Rothschild, the bubbles offer every day, from 19:30pm to midnight, a gourmet raclette offer to share for 4 people.
Creamy and generous, our traditional raclette offer at €89 per person is prepared with refined products to offer you an exceptional taste experience.
It includes:
– Access to a private heated bubble,
– A glass of champagne Barons de Rothschild Concordia brut as an aperitif,
– A traditional raclette made of Alpine cheese and charcuterie,
– A Mont-blanc dessert to share for 4 people,
– Water and hot drinks,

The 4-person bubbles are fully booked until December 24, 2025 inclusive, and are also fully booked on December 28, 30, 2025 and January 3, 2026.

- A glass of Barons de Rothschild blanc de blancs champagne per person
- A truffle raclette consisting of cheese and charcuterie from the Alps, condiments, and pickles
- A Mont-Blanc dessert to share for 2 or 4 people
- Water and hot drinks
The traditional truffle raclette menu on December 31, 2025, priced at €200 per person, includes:
- Access to a private heated bubble until midnight
- A bottle of Barons de Rothschild Brut Concordia champagne
- A truffle raclette featuring cheese and charcuterie from the Alps, condiments, and pickles
- A Mont-Blanc dessert to share for 2 or 4 people
- Water and hot drinks
