Our two saunas, including an infrared cabin, are designed to relieve stress, stimulate circulation, soothe muscles, and eliminate fatigue through gentle, dry heat—free from humidity or steam. Temperatures range from 55°C for the infrared sauna to 85°C for the traditional one, both offering moments of tranquility for relaxation and recovery in an atmosphere of soft, soothing colors. A sauna session is the perfect complement to your hotel stay or a dedicated wellness day.

The hammam, a purification ritual through steam bathing, promotes restful sleep, toxin elimination, and muscle toning, providing moments of intense relaxation. It is highly recommended after physical activity to relax muscles and relieve soreness. This experience is ideally paired with a refined dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Les Fenêtres.

Our sensory showers transport you into natural climatic worlds designed to awaken your senses. An essential step before or after your seminars and events organized at the hotel.
Opening hours : 8am / 8pm from Sunday to Thursday and from 8am to 9pm from Friday to Saturday.

Pool and spa facilities (sauna, hammam, and sensory showers) are accessible by appointment only, for one-hour slots. Maximum occupancy is 20 people at any one time.

The SPA is open from 8am to 8pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 8am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday. By appointment only. Enjoy it during your hotel stay.

The SPA offers Clarins facial and body treatments, myBlend treatments (high-tech, tailor-made), as well as the exclusive signature treatment ‘Clarins en Provence’ combining hammam, herbal scrub and lavender pouch massage. Download our full treatment menu to discover all our offerings.
In addition to the 5 treatment rooms, the SPA provides access to the indoor swimming pool (28°C), two saunas (traditional at 85°C and infrared at 55°C), hammams and sensory showers. Access is by appointment only, in one-hour slots, with a maximum capacity of 20 people. The fitness centre is also accessible.
No, the SPA by Clarins & myBlend is open to everyone by appointment, both InterContinental hotel guests and outside visitors. Hotel guests benefit from priority access.
Children staying at the hotel are admitted to the aquatic areas from 10am to 6pm. Children under 5 are not permitted in the swimming pool. Treatment areas are reserved for adults.
