The restaurant takes its name from Greek mythology: Alcyone was the daughter of Aeolus, guardian of the winds. In the words of Lionel Levy “We want to offer a voyage of the senses, filled with sensations of spices and flavours from the Mediterranean”

Lionel Levy continues his voyage to discover the flavours and savours of the Mediterranean : this time he has invited Italian chef Filipo Saporito, from the starred restaurant “La Legenda dei Frati”, in Florence, to join him in the Alcyone.
