The Chef Arnaud Davin
Arnaud Davin is a French chef born in Burgundy, who built a solid experience in gastronomy and luxury hotels. He began his training in Dijon then worked in prestigious hotels and restaurants in France and abroad: The Relais de la Magdeleine in Gémenos, near Cassis, Saint-Barthélemy, China, Vietnam, Bora Bora, Saint-Martin and the Seychelles.
For over 13 years, Arnaud Davin managed diverse teams and honed his culinary skills through a multitude of flavors around the world. His experience also took him to Aix-en-Provence, where he managed the kitchens of the 5-star Renaissance hotel, enabling him to rediscover Provençal cuisine and rethink the hotel’s gastronomic offering.
In 2018, Arnaud Davin faced the challenge of opening his own restaurant, “La Serre”, in Paimpol. This semi-gastronomic venue offers French cuisine with international influences, a mirror sjowcasing his experience and travels around the world. His creativity and talent were recognized by Gault & Millau’s Trophée Espoir Ouest in 2018, confirming his status as a promising young chef.
After 7 years at the helm of “La Serre”, Arnaud Davin returned to his hotel roots to become Executive Chef at the InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu in 2024. Thanks to his rich experience, in-depth knowledge of French cuisine and the luxury hotel industry, creativity and leadership, Chef Davin is a major asset in leading the kitchens of our prestigious venue.
Arnaud Davin is now responsible for all food and beverage services at the InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu, including Room Service, Le Capian bar, Les Fenêtres brasserie and the Events department. A new page is being written!
